[#JBPAPP-335] local interface looked up remotely if identical deployments on local and remote instances

Note the two rollbacks on JBPAPP_4_2 and JBPAPP_4_2_0_GA_CP. StatefulHomeRemoteProxy was only fully merged on JBPAPP_4_2. Since JBPAPP_4_2 = CP01 + JBM and CP01 was already frozen the two rollbacks where needed. Note that this does not affect the test result (weirdness!!).

There isn't a test for this issue when using home interfaces - thus no changes in the test results.

Merged into JBPAPP_4_2_0_GA_CP. Will merge in to JBPAPP_4_2 once 4.3 is unfrozen. Need to create and merge tests for home proxies.
