JBossMQ WriteTask in UIL2 could block forever, which causes Thread leaks

      Description

      This patch is for porting Adrian's fix from JBAS-4525 (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-4525) to 4.0.3sp1. This fix will keep uil2 threads from blocking forever. The solution is not to wait forever for an interrupt. Instead the thread should periodically wake up and check the "started" flag.
