      Description

      org.jboss.ha.hasessionstate.server.HASessionStateTopologyComputer and its impl appear to be unused. Remove them. They are the only users of org.jboss.ha.framework.interfaces.SubPartitionsInfo and SubPartitionInfo. Due to the package they appear in those classes are semi- user API. But I know of no usage of them. They should be removed as well.
