Incorrect diagnostics address in JGroups protocol stacks configurations

      Description

      The JGroups protocol stacks include this:

      diagnostics_addr="${jboss.jgroups.diagnostics_addr:224.0.0.75}"

      It should be

      diagnostics_addr="${jboss.jgroups.diagnostics_addr:224.0.75.75}"

      to be consistent with EAP 4.x. Also, apparently there is an issue with 224.0.0.75 on some network hardware.
