EAP 5 missed some hibernate jars

according to the decision of JBPAPP-2144, EAP 5 should contains all of hibernate second level cache integration module and connection pools module
but in EAP 5.0.0.GA dist, only hibernate-jboss-cache2.jar be included.
so those jars below should be included into EAP 5 next cp release
hibernate-ehcache.jar
hibernate-oscache.jar
hibernate-swarmcache.jar
hibernate-c3p0.jar
hibernate-proxool.jar

note those jars are only integration code, not the provider it self, we do not support

those jars are from hibernate-core brew build, you can find them at here http://repository.jboss.com/hibernate/3.3.2.GA-brew/lib/
