Cannot compile Seam from sources because of missing jta dependency

      Change javax.transaction:jta 1.0.1B dependency in seam/build/root.pom.xml to be version 1.1.

      Change javax.transaction:jta 1.0.1B dependency in seam/build/root.pom.xml to be version 1.1.

      Description

      Due to javax.transaction:jta:jar:1.0.1B being removed from repository.jboss.org, seam cannot be compiled from sources as it depends on it (in /seam/build/root.pom.xml). If you change the jta's version to 1.1 in the root.pom.xml (as in Seam_2_2 community branch), it compiles fine.
