jmx-console-users.properties used even when customer JAAS security domain created

When a custom JAAS security domain was created during the graphical installation process, the custom JAAS security domain continued to use <filename>jmx-console-users.properties</filename> and <filename>jmx-console-roles.properties</filename>. This incorrect behavior has been changed, so that the custom JAAS security domain called <replaceable>NAME</replaceable> uses <filename><replaceable>NAME</replaceable>-users.properties</filename> and <filename><replaceable>NAME</replaceable>-roles.properties</filename> files instead.
