JBoss discovery fails when JBoss and JON agent are running as different users on Linux

The workarounds are either to run the agent as the same user as the instance, or add it manually. Running as the same user is often not an option due to either 1) security policy, or 2) multiple JBoss instances running as different users.

      Description

This regression was caused by the fix for JOPR-261, and is likely to be fixed by the same change as JOPR-408.

2.3 now tries to retrieve the current working directory for JBoss instances, which fails on Linux systems when the JON agent is running as a different user to the JBoss instance (and not root), since other users do not have permissions to read /proc//cwd (and /proc//exe, /proc/*/root). This means that discovery fails.
