      Remove the <servlet> and <servlet-mapping> sections for the "threads" servlet.

      Description

      The org.jboss.modcluster.demo.servlet.ThreadCountLoadServlet was removed between 1.0.0.CR2 and 1.0.0.GA, but it's still specified in the load-demo.war's web.xml, resulting in deployment errors.
