      Description

      I have a site that uses RF4. I use RF in some pages and plain JSF in other pages.
      When I try to use plain JSF, the generated HTML includes the following css reference:

      <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/MySite/org.richfaces.resources/javax.faces.resource/org.richfaces/skinning.ecss?db=eAHL-LrLGAAGKgJL" />

      This is even though the page has no reference to RF. The page source header is:

      <html lang="en"
        xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
            xmlns:f="http://xmlns.jcp.org/jsf/core"
            xmlns:h="http://xmlns.jcp.org/jsf/html"
            xmlns:pt="http://xmlns.jcp.org/jsf/passthrough"
            xmlns:fn="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/functions"
            xmlns:ui="http://java.sun.com/jsf/facelets"
        >

      This causes problems with the page's own css, where RF formatting is interfering with buttons, for example.
