      Description

Adding WSDL file from URL (during creation of Web Service Model from WSDL) is not working with Windows. I'm using this URL:

      http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx?WSDL

WSDL file should be added to the list after setting the URL, however in this case, dialog remains unchanged and I'm getting this to the console:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Temp\C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Temp\globalweather2203738221205418336.wsdl (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)
